COMMISSION INFO

  • By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of service.

  • Failure to follow my terms will result in a blacklist.

  • All of these are for personal use only.

  • For commercial use, please contact me.

  • STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION after the approval of sketch and during rendering process. Cancellation fee (70% of base price) will be imposed.

GENERAL TERMS

  • I have the rights to refuse a commission I feel I cannot do, or if I am uncomfortable wih it.

  • All commissions are for personal use only. Please contact me if you're interested a commercial commission!

  • Most commissions will be streamed and/or displayed on my social media and my website unless you clarify upon ordering.

  • Large projects exceeding 50$ / 2500php will be requested an upfront payment of 25% of base price before I start the sketch. (EXCEPT if it exceeded because of the commercial fee)

  • Additional Character in one canvas is + 80% of base price.

  • NOTE: I will be adding $2 on every payment that will be made on paypal because of the fees paypal and gcash deducts on my base prices.

  • Reference Sheet: if interested in getting a reference sheet please DM me and we will discuss the details for your character. REMINDER I don't do over complicated clothing designs.

  • REVISIONS after sketch is okay until approved to satisfaction however revisions once the art is done and rendered will incur in a + 50% fee of the base price.

  • Artstyle: Clean and Cute.

PROCESS

1. Send me a DM in any socials provided with the reference or rough sketch and detailed description of what you want.
2. Sketch shall be sent before finalizing and rendering incase of changes that will be requested.
3. Rendering starts after I receive the partial or full payment upfront. (50% or 100%)
4. Commissions are usually finished within the week. I will give updates to the client as soon as possible if there will be any delays.
5. Finished drawing will be sent for final review, you can give one or two last feedback to tweak little things, NO MAJOR CHANGES
6. You will receive a PNG and TRANSPARENT PNG file via EMAIL or GDRIVE.TAKE NOTE: For large projects (5 or more) a 25% payment upfront will be requested before sketching.

COPYRIGHT AND USAGE POLICY

As the commissioner, you are allowed to:
1. Hold every right to the drawing but not the commissioned work (don’t claim it as your own or that you drew it). You may post it with credit.
2. Hold the right to the character if it’s your original character, but not the commission itself.
3. Use the art for personal use.As the artist, I'm allowed to:
1. Use the art for professional portfolio and/or online promotion.
2. Post on my social medias (with a clarification that it’s a commission! Please tell me if you don't want it to be posted).
